GENERAL QUESTIONS
DO YOU OFFER IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL SERVICES?
Both! I offer flexible options to meet your needs, including in-person sessions in the Geneva /Vaud area and virtual coaching or workshops, depending on your location and preferences. I favour virtual coaching as I know commuting can be time consuming, but also, virtual allows me to send you a call summary through AI.
HOW DO YOU TAILOR YOUR SERVICES TO SPECIFIC NEEDS?
Every program is customized to your unique challenges and goals. I usually start with a discovery call, as we need to be a good match to create great work. For organizations, this involves stakeholder interviews and assessments. Based on the agreed upon scope of work, we will decide together what to tackle, and when.
IS YOUR AI-NOTE TAKER SECURED?
Absolutely! I use an AI, Fathom, during our sessions in order to allow you to be fully present during out time.
- You will be prompted to accept before each session whether you agree to be recorded. 100% transparency.
- Fathom does not train AI models on customer data, including meeting recordings and transcripts, and is of course GDPR compliant. All application data, including recorded, are encrypted both at rest and in transit.
- Your data will not be disclosed to any third-parties.

You’ll also receive follow-up reports and action plans to ensure long-term impact.
WHAT ARE CHIEF CHANGE OFFICER SERVICES?
This service provides hands-on leadership during critical transitions, such as mergers, restructures, or large-scale cultural shifts.
My mission is to ensure the business change is understood, accepted, and even supported by employees as siftly as possible.
I’ll work with your teams for 3–12 months to design and implement change management strategies, ensuring alignment and measurable results.
