1- Client: A large startup in the software Saas field (Paris) meeting challenges maintaining and growing female talents.
  • Audited corporate culture (interviews, survey, panelling), identified areas of improvements (process and management best practices)
  • Updated HR policies related to gender and supported a more inclusive environment through L&D strategy leading to better employee satisfaction and retention (maternity leave, recruitment practices, flexible hours…)
  • Developed and delivered learning material in collaboration with the L&D teams (20+ online learning sessions, team workshops, ad-hoc individual coaching sessions, with an overall satisfaction index of 4,7/5).

2- At Philip Morris, I initiated and implemented a mentoring program, pairing 200+ employees in Operations, in order to grow talents employee engagement and internal mobility

  • Facilitated mentor and mentee training sessions to establish clear expectations, enhance collaboration, and maximize program impact.

- At The Global Fund, I conducted employee well being survey leading to the identification of key areas of improvement and useful communication feedback.
